Dr. White has lived and practiced in the Cedar Mill area since 1979 and is the sole owner of Cedar Mill Veterinary Hospital. His wife, Maryanne is a biology professor at Reed College.
He has two grown sons, Aaron and Zak. Finn, their three year old Border Collie completes the family. Dr. White is a Slocum trained TPLO surgeon.
His special interests include his patented isometric surgery for joint stabilization and of course the day to day general practice of veterinary medicine and surgery. Outside interests include mountain biking, surfing, kayaking, skiing and sailing.
Dr. Alec Bailey is a graduate of the University of Portland and received his veterinary degree at Oregon State University in 2007.
He grew up in Pendelton, Oregon. He currently lives in Cedar Mill with his wife, Sarah; daughter, Victoria; son, Christopher and dogs Saucy and Zuzu.
He enjoys sports, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Bailey emphasizes the value of preventative medicine, with the aim of keeping our pets and our families protected from disease.
Dr. Stuart received her veterinary degree from Kansas State University in 2006. Upon graduation she returned to her home state of California where she practiced veterinary medicine for several years. In 2011, her family decided it was time for a change and they wished to be closer to more family so the move was made to the Portland area.
Dr. Stuart enjoys spending time exploring Oregon with her husband Justin, and their two sons, Jaxson and Dominic. They also love spending time with their 3 dogs Cody, Brandy and Hallie and their cat Jax. In her free time, Dr. Stuart likes to cook, garden, read and fish.
Dr. Stuart enjoys the challenges and diversity of general practice. It is exciting to watch our patients mature from puppies and kittens into adulthood and it is so rewarding to be a part of keeping them healthy along the way. Her veterinary interests include: soft tissue surgery, preventative care, dental health and senior care.
