Dr. Rick White

Dr. White has lived and practiced in the Cedar Mill area since 1979. His wife, Maryanne is a biology professor at Reed College.

He has two grown sons, Aaron and Zak. Ghellie, their Border Collie completes the family. Dr. White is a Slocum trained TPLO surgeon.

His special interests include his patented isometric surgery for joint stabilization and of course the day-to-day general practice of veterinary medicine and surgery. Outside interests include mountain biking, surfing, kayaking, skiing and sailing.

Dr. Alec Bailey

Dr. Alec Bailey is a graduate of the University of Portland and received his veterinary degree at Oregon State University in 2007.

He grew up in Pendelton, Oregon. He currently lives in Cedar Mill with his wife, Sarah; daughter, Victoria; son, Christopher and dogs Saucy and Zuzu.

He enjoys sports, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Bailey emphasizes the value of preventative medicine, with the aim of keeping our pets and our families protected from disease.


Dr. Morgan Chayes

Dr. Morgan Chayes has been with us since Summer 2020. She was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 2016 and then obtained her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 2020. From there she joined us at Cedar Mill Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Chayes lives in Vancouver, WA with her two dogs, Ace and Stella; one cat, Rain; and a few chickens. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and patients, focusing on fear free practices and preventative medicine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, especially hiking with her dogs, kayaking, and snowboarding.

Dr. Anna Robledo

Dr. Anna Robledo is a graduate of Gonzaga University and obtained her veterinary degree from Oregon State University in 2016. She spent 5 years working as a mixed animal practitioner in Southern Oregon and recently joined the Cedar Mill Veterinary team.
Dr. Robledo shares her home with her husband, daughter, and her German Shorthaired Pointer. She enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family. Dr. Robledo has a special interest in internal medicine and enjoys working with clients to promote the lifelong health of their pets.
